D2D enforces active-student capacity. A consultancy can move to a larger active plan before adding more active student relationships.

Which plan gets premium marketplace treatment?

The current entitlement is controlled by the plan's premium-listing setting. Plans marked Premium on this page are the ones currently configured with that entitlement.

Are consultant service fees included?

No. Consultancy subscriptions cover access and capacity for the D2D consultant platform. A consultancy's student-facing services and packages are published separately on its marketplace profile.
